Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Top Offshore Betting Sites at integralfitness.org. We are an independent comparison site covering offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors — we do not take bets, hold funds, or operate any gambling service. By reading our rankings, following a link to an operator, or contacting us, you accept everything below. Last reviewed September 25, 2026.
You must be 21 or older to use this site (or 18 where that is the minimum age set by the sportsbook and permitted where you live). If you are under that age, leave now. Gambling carries a real risk of losing money. If it stops being entertainment, call 1-800-GAMBLER, free and confidential, 24 hours a day.
What this site is and what it is not
Top Offshore Betting Sites publishes research-based reviews, rankings and explainers about offshore sportsbooks, live betting markets, banking methods and bonus terms. Everything here is general information for adults who have already decided to look at international betting sites.
- We are not a bookmaker, payment processor, or agent of any operator.
- We do not accept deposits, hold balances, settle bets, or process withdrawals.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute between you and a sportsbook. Offshore operators sit outside US state regulation, so there is no state gaming commission you can escalate to.
- Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional about your own situation.
Legal status, eligibility and your own responsibility
The sportsbooks we cover are licensed offshore — commonly in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or board. For a US bettor, using them sits in a legal grey area. Accepting US players is not the same as being authorized to serve them in your state.
US sports betting law is state by state. Some states run fully regulated online sportsbooks and racebooks under a state gaming commission or board; others restrict or prohibit online betting altogether; a few address offshore or "unauthorized" wagering directly in statute. It is your responsibility, not ours, to check the current law where you live and where you are physically located when you place a bet. We cannot confirm that any operator is lawful for you.
Understand clearly what you give up when you bet offshore:
- No US state player protections — no mandated segregated player funds, no state-run dispute resolution, no guaranteed payout mechanism.
- Responsible gambling tooling may be thinner than at regulated operators. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion may be limited or absent, and state self-exclusion lists do not reach offshore sportsbooks.
- An offshore sportsbook can delay, reduce or refuse a payout, change bonus terms, or close accounts under terms you agreed to at signup. A long track record of paying is evidence, not a guarantee.
- Tax treatment of gambling winnings is your own affair. Speak to a qualified tax professional.
Our full position on limits, self-assessment and support services sits on the responsible gambling page.
How we make money, and what commission does not buy
Top Offshore Betting Sites earns affiliate commission. If you click through to a sportsbook from our pages and open an account, the operator may pay us a referral fee or a share of revenue. That costs you nothing extra, and the offer you see is the offer the operator is running.
Commercial relationships do not decide position. Ratings and rank order come from our published assessment criteria, and an operator cannot buy a higher score, remove a criticism, or suppress a limitation we have documented. Some sportsbooks we cover pay us nothing. Where a partner performs badly on payouts or terms, we say so, and we have removed operators from our lists before. If you think a ranking looks wrong, tell us through our contact page.
How rankings are produced
Ratings on this site are editorial scores from our own research. They are not customer review averages, not independent audit results, and not a prediction of how any operator will treat your account. Advertised payout speeds are the operator's own claims unless we say otherwise — we have not deposited, wagered or withdrawn to verify them.
The criteria we weigh, with live betting given particular weight given the site's focus:
- Pricing and odds quality — point spread and moneyline juice, totals pricing, whether reduced vig is genuinely available or limited to select markets.
- Market coverage — NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf, MMA and horse racing through an attached racebook, plus futures, prop bets, parlays and same-game parlays.
- Live and in-play betting — how fast markets repost after scoring plays, how often bets are rejected on a price change, and how deep in-play props go.
- Banking — crypto, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer and player-to-player voucher transfers, with fees, minimums and payout limits.
- Payout speed and reliability, KYC and verification demands, site security, customer support and the operator's track record of paying.
Scores and offers change. We date our findings and re-check them periodically, but a bonus, limit or banking method can change without notice. Always read the operator's own terms before depositing. The ranked list itself lives on our offshore sportsbook comparison page.
Accuracy of offers, bonuses and their conditions
We publish headline welcome offers as the operator advertises them. We do not set them, cannot honor them, and cannot extend or reinstate one for you. Every offer carries material conditions — rollover or wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying deposit, time limits, excluded markets, maximum cashout and country or payment-method restrictions — and those conditions are set by the sportsbook, not by us.
| Sportsbook | Editorial rating | Advertised welcome offer | Conditions you must check first |

| Bovada | 9.9 | 50% up to $250 | Rollover, eligible markets, payment-method eligibility |
| BetOnline | 9.8 | $250 in free bets | Free-bet stake not returned, minimum odds, expiry |
| BetNow | 9.6 | 125% up to $2,500 | High headline figure means high rollover — read it in full |

| BetUS | 9.4 | 100% up to $2,000 sports + 25% casino | Separate sports and casino rollover, minimum odds |

Notes on the top-rated operators we link to
Lucky Rebel
Ranked first on our editorial scoring at 10.0, largely on the strength of its in-play interface and the breadth of its live markets across NFL, NBA and soccer. The advertised 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 FreeBet is one of the larger combined offers on our list, and like every offer here it is bonus money subject to rollover, minimum odds and an expiry window — confirm all three on the operator's own terms page before depositing. Limitation: it is a newer name than Bovada or BetOnline, so its record of paying is shorter, and a shorter track record is less evidence, not more.
Bovada
Included for longevity and a live betting product that holds up during peak US sports traffic. Its 50% up to $250 welcome bonus is modest against the headline figures elsewhere, which usually means a less punishing rollover — check the exact multiple and qualifying deposit. Limitation: banking is narrower than some rivals, with crypto heavily favored over card and wire, and payout limits per transaction can mean larger wins arrive in installments.
BetOnline
Broad market coverage is the reason it sits here — prop bets, futures, same-game parlays and an attached racebook alongside deep in-play menus. The $250 in free bets is structured as free bets, so the stake is not returned in winnings; minimum odds and an expiry period apply. Limitation: live odds can be slower to repost after a scoring play than at Lucky Rebel, and bet rejections on price movement are a recurring complaint across offshore operators generally.
BetNow, Everygame and the rest of the list
BetNow's 125% up to $2,500 is the largest headline figure we list, which in practice means the highest rollover — the effective value is often lower than the number suggests. Everygame's 100% up to $500 is a smaller, more clearable offer. BetUS splits its 100% up to $2,000 across sports with a separate 25% casino component, each with its own conditions. Xbet's 50% up to $200 applies only to credit card deposits, which rules out crypto depositors. MyBookie's 100% up to $1,000 is new-player only. ApuestaHoy's 200% offer is the highest percentage on the list, with the maximum bonus amount being the figure that actually matters.
Banking, fees and payout expectations
We publish no fee schedule of our own because we charge you nothing. Using Top Offshore Betting Sites is free. What it costs to bet is set entirely by the sportsbook: minimum deposits, withdrawal fees, payout caps and processing times.
Methods commonly available to US customers at offshore operators include cryptocurrency, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer services and player-to-player voucher transfers. Availability varies by operator and changes without notice — verify on the cashier page rather than trusting a comparison table, including ours. Points worth understanding before you fund an account:
- Crypto is usually the fastest route out and often the only method with a low or zero withdrawal fee, but crypto prices move. A balance held in crypto can lose value between withdrawal and conversion, and that risk is yours.
- Card deposits are frequently declined by US issuers. A declined attempt is not an operator fault and not something we can resolve.
- Bank wire and money transfer are slower and typically carry fees at both ends, sometimes with currency conversion on top even where the account is denominated in USD.
- KYC is lighter at many offshore sportsbooks than at regulated ones, but it is not absent. Verification is commonly triggered at first withdrawal, and an unverified account is a common cause of payout delay.
- Payout limits per request are standard. A large win may be paid across several cycles.
Casino, racebook and other products at the same operators
Most of the operators we rank run more than a sportsbook. The same account typically reaches an online casino with slots, table games and live-dealer rooms, a racebook for horse racing, and in some cases poker or esports. These sit under separate sections of the operator's terms, and bonuses rarely cross between them — BetUS advertises its sports and casino components separately for exactly that reason. Casino wagering usually contributes to rollover at a different rate than sports wagering, or not at all. Our coverage and rankings are built around sports betting, with live betting weighted most heavily; we do not rate casino or poker products to the same depth, and you should not read a sportsbook ranking as an endorsement of the casino attached to it.
